This site describes marketing and lead-management services for contractors. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of any particular business result. Any engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, fees and term.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your pricing, sales process, capacity, market conditions, seasonality, advertising budget, site feasibility and permitting. Any figures shown on this site are a conservative operating snapshot drawn from connected client reporting since 2024. They are not independently audited, they are not a projection, and they are not a promise of what you will achieve.
Booking a consultation
Consultations are offered without charge and without obligation. We may decline or reschedule a consultation, and we may decline to work with any business for any lawful reason — including because the market you operate in is already committed to another client.
Information you provide when booking must be accurate and must be yours to provide.
Advertising spend
Where an engagement involves paid advertising, advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform on your own payment method. We do not mark it up, invoice it, or hold it. Platform charges are governed by that platform's own terms.
Ownership of accounts and data
Accounts created for an engagement — CRM, advertising, automation and related platforms — are established in your name and remain yours, along with every lead record in them. Materials we create for you transfer to you as set out in your written agreement. This site itself, including its text, layout and branding, remains the property of OwnerTS LLC.
Third-party names and platforms
Platform and company names appearing on this site identify compatible tools or existing clients only. They do not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. OwnerTS is not endorsed by or affiliated with Google, Meta or HighLevel.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to submit false information, to attempt unauthorised access, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with its operation.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OwnerTS LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it. Our total liability relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the courts of Union County, New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
